Robust and Durable as a REAL CAR
The phosphate treatment is an essential step in automobile manufacturing, which we utilize on our food trailers, creating a protective phosphate coating on the surface of the trailer. This coating prevents the metal casing from corroding, effectively extending its lifespan.
To ensure strong protection for the shell, each food trailer goes through a dozen steps in the phosphating process, such as cleaning, soaking, neutralizing and surface adjustment. All of these processes are completed in-house by our team of professionals with over a decade of automotive manufacturing experience.
