1. What services does New Beacon provide?

We are a professional one-stop food trailer manufacturer, offering end-to-end solutions from concept design to final delivery — including themed exterior design, kitchen equipment integration, professional layout planning, and full production and delivery services.

2. Do your trailers meet safety and registration requirements in different countries?

Yes. Every trailer we produce comes with a unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and can be built to meet the standards of your target market — including US, EU, and Australian regulations — to help you pass local inspections and registration requirements smoothly.

3. Do you support OEM/ODM customization?

Absolutely. We accept OEM/ODM orders with a minimum order quantity of 1 unit. Dimensions, colors, equipment, shelving, doors, windows, logos and more can all be customized to your specifications.

4. How is the kitchen equipment configuration determined?

Based on your food category and menu, we will recommend or configure the appropriate cooking, refrigeration, and utility systems, along with a professional layout design to optimize workflow and space efficiency.

5. Is fire safety considered in the design?

Yes. We strictly follow safety standards throughout the design process, including the use of fire-retardant materials, compliant electrical wiring, and the option to install automatic fire suppression systems that meet local requirements (such as ANSUL).

6. What does the customization process look like?

Requirements discussion → Free layout design & 3D rendering → Quote confirmation & contract → Deposit payment & production begins → Video inspection → Final payment & shipment → After-sales support.

7. How long does production and delivery take?

Standard production takes 30–45 days. Total lead time from payment to arrival at a US port is approximately 60–90 days, depending on configuration and shipping schedule.

8. What costs are included?

Total cost = Ex-factory price + ocean freight + destination port charges + inland transport + customs duties. As a reference, a standard 4-meter trailer shipped to the US West Coast typically costs $6,500–$8,500 in total, depending on configuration.

9. What are the payment terms?

A 30% deposit is required upon contract signing to initiate production. The balance is due before shipment. We accept bank wire transfer, letter of credit, and other payment methods.

10. Is the trailer inspected before leaving the factory?

Yes. Every unit goes through 7 rigorous tests: rain seal, electrical circuit, brake & lighting, water pressure, insulation, equipment integration, and road vibration simulation. Inspection photos and videos are available upon request.

11. How does shipping and customs clearance work?

We offer port-to-port or door-to-door service and can assist in arranging full ocean freight and customs clearance at the destination. You simply need to provide a delivery address and the necessary documentation.

12. What is the warranty policy?
  • Structural warranty (frame & waterproofing): 3 years
  • Equipment & electrical warranty: 2 years
  • 7×24 English-language and video after-sales support included
13. How are repairs handled within and outside the warranty period?
  • Within warranty: Replacement parts are provided free of charge, shipped via international express (e.g. DHL), typically arriving within 3–7 business days.
  • Outside warranty: Parts are supplied at cost price with remote installation guidance provided.
14. Can we visit the factory?

You are welcome to visit. We host international clients every month, and we frequently come out ahead in side-by-side comparisons on both quality and service.
